Who we are

Love, Katie Distilling isn’t just where we craft exceptional spirits — it’s also home to our intimate tasting room, a place that feels a little like stepping back in time. Think old soul energy with a modern heartbeat.

We designed this space to bring love back to the basics — to simpler times when music had charm and a little cheek, and when connection didn’t happen through a screen. You’ll hear everything from the 1940s to the 1980s, the soundtrack of eras that knew how to have fun.

The entire distillery evokes a speakeasy spirit: a monochrome palette of black, white, and gray, lit by crystal chandeliers and surrounded by comfortable seating. Come as you are — straight from work, dressed to impress, or simply relaxed.

Our walls celebrate iconic women from those decades (and yes, there’s one imposter — you’ll spot her). A screen plays classic black-and-white favorites — I Love Lucy, Gilligan’s Island, The Brady Bunch, Looney Tunes, and more — creating what we like to call our “moving art piece.”

Step outside and you’ll find our inviting outdoor patio, complete with cozy seating, firepit tables, and a stunning art installation by The Positive Painting Project — a space made for laughter, conversation, and connection under the open sky.

Love, Katie Distilling is proud to be Pennsylvania’s first and only LGBT-owned distillery. As a gay woman, Katie stands among less than 1% of distillery owners worldwide — a reflection of both the rarity and resilience that inspire every bottle we craft.

At Love, Katie, it’s all about slowing down, savoring the moment, and sharing a handcrafted cocktail with the people who matter most. We leave politics, labels, and religion at the door to ensure the space is only here for love — and all things beautiful.

Katie Sirianni

Hi, I’m Katie — the owner and distiller behind Love, Katie Distilling, and the founder of sips MOBILE BAR CO. What started as a passion for crafting unforgettable cocktail experiences on the go evolved into a dream of creating my own line of spirits and opening a distillery that feels as personal as the drinks we pour.

As Pennsylvania’s first and only LGBT-owned distillery, my mission is simple: to spread love — and serve a damn good cocktail while doing it. Love, Katie Distilling was created as a love letter to my best girl, Jen, who inspires me daily to stay true to myself and chase every dream without hesitation.

When I’m not behind the still, you can find me spending time with my fiancé Jen, my two kids, our loyal German Shepherd, and three quirky cats. Outside of work, I love playing golf and volleyball, hiking, cheering on the Steelers, and taking spontaneous weekend adventures.

I believe in living boldly, loving deeply, and never forgetting to enjoy the moment — because we only get one life to live, so make it count.

Two women sharing a joyful moment together, sitting close on a dark cushioned seating with a curved rattan back. One woman, wearing a light dress, is laughing while the other woman, in a dark top, looks at her smiling, with one arm around her.
